Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy and depositions.
• Prior experience with wage-and-hour or class actions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in wage-and-hour and class actions in state and federal courts.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior partners and support staff.
