Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attendance; prepare for and appear at court hearings.
• Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys and maintain organized case files.
