Responsibilities

• Represent and advocate for clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation.
• Manage an active caseload; conduct and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; draft and argue motions; appear in court for hearings and trial.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process.
