• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and depositions.
• Prior class action, complex litigation, and wage-hour experience a plus.
• Ability to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload in wage-and-hour and class actions.
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions; appear in court for hearings and trial.
