• Participate in discovery and assist with case development.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

• Assist with settlement negotiations and other case-resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other members of the legal team.

We are seeking a motivated Employment Litigation Attorney to join our Haddonfield, NJ office and work closely with our team on a growing employment litigation practice.

The attorney will primarily handle wage-and-hour and worker misclassification matters, including cases involving gig workers, along with other employment-related litigation. This is a high-volume practice, providing an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to gain substantial hands-on experience managing cases and developing practical litigation skills.
