You'll refine strategy, writing, and advocacy across depositions, hearings, and motions while collaborating with a dedicated team. The firm emphasizes mentorship, growth, and meaningful results for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience handling Wage & Hour, PAGA, or Class Action matters.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong litigation and analytical skills.
• Persuasive written and oral advocacy.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of Wage & Hour Class Action and PAGA matters with support from senior attorneys.
• Develop case strategies for matters in California state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and other filings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
• Contribute to trial preparation and other phases of litigation.
