Job Juncture is seeking a talented mid-to-senior Associate Attorney for its Labor & Employment Group in California, focusing on wage and hour class actions in Los Angeles and San Francisco. The role blends complex defense work with trial exposure in a premier AmLaw 100 international firm.

You will handle high-stakes disputes, draft pleadings, manage discovery, participate in trials, and collaborate with partners across CA offices.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive employment litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills with high-quality work products.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex employment litigation matters, including defense of wage and hour class actions.
• Draft and refine pleadings, motions, class certification briefs, and related filings.
• Participate in trials and contribute to trial preparation.
• Manage and oversee discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on evolving class action issues.
