We welcome attorneys at Associate and Counsel levels with background in wage-and-hour class and representative actions, PAGA, or other complex employment matters.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor degree and active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving California employment law.
• Experience with wage-and-hour, class or representative actions, or single-plaintiff employment litigation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

• Draft motions and pleadings.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings and court conferences.
• Conduct investigations and handle matters through different stages of litigation.
