Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery
• Oral advocacy in court and motion practice
• Taking and defending depositions; travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Represent and advocate for clients in wage-and-hour, class and representative actions
• Manage an active caseload and oversee discovery
• Draft and argue motions; appear in hearings and trial; advise clients throughout litigation
