Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in NY and 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy in court, motions practice, and taking/defending depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload from intake through trial.
• Conduct and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and appear in court for hearings and trial.
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process.
