The role involves legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery responses, and deposition preparation under senior attorneys' guidance. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the New York Bar, have 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience including discovery.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attendance.
• Prepare for and appear at court hearings under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Communicate with clients and support strong outcomes for our clients.
