The candidate will handle pleadings, depositions, and court appearances, managing a caseload independently with guidance from senior attorneys. A strong research, writing, and communication skill set is essential.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• 2-5 years of employment law experience, preferably wage-and-hour class actions or PAGA.

Responsabilidades

• Litigate wage and hour class actions and PAGA cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in state and federal court for clients.
• Manage own caseload with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Build experience against large nationwide employers.
