• Excellent legal research, writing, organization, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Employment defense experience will be considered.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring attorneys is preferred for senior and managing attorney candidates.

• Base salary: $140,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience

About The Role:

An established Los Angeles employment law firm is hiring attorneys to handle Wage & Hour and PAGA matters, including class and representative actions. The firm is considering attorneys at all experience levels, from junior associates to senior and managing attorneys. Plaintiff-side experience is welcome, and employment defense candidates will also be considered.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This position is for attorneys based in California. The role will begin remotely and transition to a hybrid schedule. Attorneys should be able to attend the firm’s California office as needed, but typically is only 1-2 times per month.
