Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role emphasizes service performance, resilience, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on risk management, onboarding governance, and automation adoption within a global intake of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in WAF, application delivery, load balancing, cloud networking, edge security, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, service delivery, operations, or platform management.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and lifecycle management practices in production services.
• Knowledge of WAF policy operations, CDN, DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, and IaC.
• Strong customer engagement, leadership, communication, risk management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Lead service reviews, incident management, and lifecycle governance across platforms.
• Coordinate cross-team responses involving application, cloud, networking, and vendor resources.
• Drive automation adoption, standard work, and continuous improvement across the service.
• Maintain SLAs/KPIs, reporting, risk tracking, and escalation processes.
