Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role focuses on service performance, resilience, governance, and cross-team collaboration across application, cloud, networking, firewall, and vendor teams to maintain secure, reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, cloud networking, edge security, or related ops.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and service delivery.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and lifecycle management for production services.
• Knowledge of WAF policies, CDN, bot and DDoS controls, Terraform, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Set priorities, rhythms, ownership boundaries, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
• Ensure alignment between WAF protection, delivery, ingress, DNS, certificates, and edge security operations.
• Represent the service in customer reviews, governance forums, and planning activities.
• Drive security, availability, auditable processes and business-aligned outcomes.
