Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise security, load balancing, and edge connectivity. You will coordinate across application, cloud networking, firewall, and vendor teams to ensure secure, reliable services and compliant governance.

The role emphasizes people leadership, incident response, platform lifecycle planning, and ongoing automation adoption in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, cloud networking, edge security or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, service delivery or platform management.
• Experience with incident, change, problem and lifecycle management in production services.
• Knowledge of WAF policy operations, CDN, bot/DDoS controls, AWS ALB/NLB, AVI, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineers across senior levels.
• Own service metrics, SLA/KPI, governance, and incident management.
• Coordinate cross-team responses during major incidents and outages.
• Drive IaC, automation, monitoring, and standard work improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience preferred.
