Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead the operational delivery of enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role oversees performance, resilience, and customer engagement while coordinating across application, cloud, networking, firewall, and vendor teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, cloud networking, edge security, or ops.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, service delivery, or platform management.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Establish service priorities, operating rhythms, ownership boundaries and performance expectations.
• Lead incident response, escalation and resilience activities across cross-functional teams.
• Drive lifecycle governance, automation adoption, and standard work for the service.
• Represent the service in reviews, governance forums, and architecture discussions.
