Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role is accountable for service performance, resilience, customer engagement, risk management, onboarding governance, incident escalation, platform lifecycle management, automation adoption, and cross-team execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, cloud networking, or related tech.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and service delivery.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Maintain SLA, KPI performance, and operational reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop WAF and ingress engineers across levels.
• Coordinate cross-team incident response and escalation.
• Drive automation, standard work, and platform lifecycle governance.
