Job summary

Harbor Wholesale is hiring a Director of Sales Operations to lead strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Sales Operations and Customer Service. This on-site leadership role at Harbor's corporate offices in Lacey, WA oversees pricing, reporting, and technology to support growth and customer experience.

Compensation includes $120-140K with bonus, plus a full benefits package and the opportunity for hybrid eligibility as part of a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ related experience and/or training in customer service.
• Minimum of five years management/supervisory experience in a high-volume SKU-driven operational environment; multi-location preferred.
• Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct sales support team and customer service department including their development, performance and overall effectiveness.
• Assess current customer pricing structures to determine profitability by customers including independent and chain customers.
• Responsible for the maintenance of customer pricing structures and discounts while identifying margin discrepancies.
• Create and communicate reporting and metrics to team, including CPR’s sales reports and customer business review documents.
