Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, coordinate regional teams, and maintain high clinical standards across all client programs.

You will mentor supervisees, ensure documentation compliance, and support staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance while aligning with licensure and company policies. Hybrid work options and strong benefits are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate under WAC 246-805-210 and 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
