Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1000 field work hours with 1 year ABA experience.
• WAC 246-805-210 and 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement as per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.

Education

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours

1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
