Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LabA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth across regions. You will apply clinical judgment and leadership to coordinate programs for assigned clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high performance standards, and ensuring documentation and licensure compliance. This role offers flexible scheduling and potential hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
