RS in Perth, Australia is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support for WA and assist ANZ region. The role covers HR operations, payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, and recruitment collaboration with the TA team.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in an HR Generalist role, strong knowledge of employment law, and experience with SAP MySpace/SF and ADP payroll. Hybrid work setup preferred.

Formación

• Minium 4 years’ experience in HR generalist role (MNC preferred), sound knowledge of employment law and statutory requirements in the geography.
• Experience in interpreting awards is essential.
• Experience on HRIS, payroll administration or payroll vendor management (e.g. ADP) is preferred.
• Be able to work independently and deliver results with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the key HR contact for the Perth businesses and support WA operations.
• Support Senior PBP in day-to-day HR activities for managers and employees within ANZ.
• Coordinate payroll activities with external vendors and ensure timely inputs.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and letters; maintain HRIS data.
• Partner with TA for high-quality hiring and onboarding processes.
