WorldLink is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the Operations Team in Frisco, USA. This hands-on SME role supports onboarding, benefits, payroll program management, and compliance across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent data handling and communication are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of overall HR experience.
• Experience with onboarding, leave management, benefits management/open enrollment, and payroll operations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding of new employees, benefits administration, HR and payroll program management and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and HR standards.
• Audit and validate operational data to ensure integrity across all systems and processes.
• Ad hoc project management for HR, payroll, accounting, recruiting, legal, etc.
