Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions in Seattle. You will work with product and engineering teams to define architecture and identify AWS integration opportunities.

The role requires deep knowledge of Amazon Connect, IVR design, routing optimization, and secure, scalable architectures. You will provide technical leadership during implementation and modernization projects for omnichannel

Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
