Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design and lead Amazon Connect voice and contact center solutions in Seattle.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define architecture, governance, and migration paths, ensuring security and scalability. Responsibilities include leading architecture reviews, defining IVR and routing strategies, integrating AWS services, and producing executive-level architecture documentation and roadmaps for modernization

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in network voice and contact center architectures.
• Define end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define contact center strategy.
• Provide scalable, secure, and high-availability Amazon Connect architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution roadmaps, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and AWS best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Create architecture documentation, standards, and executive-level solution presentations.

Design end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions aligned with business and customer experience objectives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define contact center strategy.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-availability Amazon Connect architectures.

Recommend AWS services and integrations to enhance omnichannel customer engagement.

Lead architecture reviews, solution roadmaps, and platform modernization initiatives.

Define IVR, routing, self-service, and customer journey optimization strategies.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and AWS best practices.
