Job summary

Connected Logistics in Richmond, VA is seeking a VTC Lead to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) VOC & COOP task order. You will develop product and system requirements from inception to conclusion and create specifications for simple to moderately complex technical problems.

The VTC Lead serves as the Lead within the VOC, performing shift-lead duties, providing direction to VTC administrators, and maintaining the capability to perform all VTC admin functions while supporting junior-level

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive IT experience with relevant projects in the past three years.
• Must possess DoD-approved baseline cybersecurity certification such as Security+ (IAT Level II) and a telecom/network operations credential.
• Security clearance: IT-I, Top Secret, or Tier 5 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational escalation point for SBC/CUBE and E911 issues.
• Oversee shift-level reporting, metrics, and documentation quality.
• Provide on‑shift training and mentorship and act as operational decision-maker for VTC services.
