Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a VTC Lead to support the DLA Video Operations Center (VOC) and COOP task order. You will develop product and system requirements, create specifications, and serve as the shift lead for VTC administrators.

The role requires IT security clearance and hands-on coordination across engineering and operations, with emphasis on maintaining service levels and policy compliance from Columbus, Ohio locale.

Qualifications

• Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive Security Clearance or Top Secret or Tier 5 (T5).
• Six (6) years of progressive IT experience, with at least two projects in relevant areas, two of which in past three years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational escalation point for SBC/CUBE and E911 issues, overseeing Tier 1-2 troubleshooting and triage.
• Participate in engineering-led maintenance, testing, and development activities as an operational representative.
• Oversee shift-level reporting and integrity of operational metrics and policy compliance.
• Provide on-shift training and mentorship, enforce SOP adherence, and act as authoritative operational decision-maker for VTC services.
