• Minimum of five years of IT experience with at least two relevant projects in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Translate product or system needs into clear requirements and specifications.
• Lead VTC administrators and perform shift-leading duties to maintain operations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for SBC/CUBE and E911 troubleshooting and ensure proper documentation.
