Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a VTC Technician to manage end-to-end video conferencing and AV equipment for internal teams, partners, and executives. You will install, configure, and maintain VTC systems while delivering real-time troubleshooting and high-quality communications.

The role requires hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Cisco, Poly, and Crestron, plus a Secret clearance. Expect on-site office work with potential remote support and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record with VTC systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Cisco, Poly, Crestron).
• Understanding of AV signal flow and operations.
• Hands-on with conference room gear: cameras, mics, speakers, DSPs, controls, smartboards.
• Networking basics including TCP/IP, bandwidth, QoS for video conferencing.
• Familiarity with room scheduling, digital signage, and remote management tools.
• ActiveSecret Clearance.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain VTC systems and AV hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance and software/firmware updates.
• Update equipment inventories and ensure readiness of components.
• Provide proactive support for daily meetings, webinars, and hybrid sessions.
