Job summary

Cayuse Holdings in Arkansas is seeking a VTC Technician to manage end-to-end video teleconferencing systems and related AV equipment for internal teams, remote participants, and external partners. You will install, configure, test, maintain, and support conferencing technologies, acting as a SME during meetings and events.

The role requires experience with Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Cisco gear, Poly, Crestron, and Logitech devices, plus solid networking basics and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, Poly, Crestron, and Logitech devices.
• Understanding of audio/video signal flow and AV fundamentals.
• Hands-on with conference room equipment: cameras, mics, speakers, DSPs, panels.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain VTC systems and AV hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance and software/firmware updates.
• Maintain equipment inventory and readiness.
• Provide proactive support for meetings, webinars, and hybrid sessions.
• Prepare conference rooms and validate connectivity.
