Job summary

A technology and analytics company is seeking a VTC Facilitator/Operator to support the US Army T2COM VTC/AV Support Services. The role involves operating audio-visual equipment, coordinating VTC conferences, and responding to customer issues. Candidates should meet Secret clearance and IAT Level I certification requirements, and possess proficiency with Microsoft products. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start and power off all VTC/IPTV/AV equipment.
• Conduct audio-visual checks prior to conferences.
• Serve as primary operator for VTC conferences.
• Coordinate recording and teleconferencing.
• Respond to customer VTC/IPTV/AV problems.
• Create daily scheduling for events.
