Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC is seeking a VTC/IPTV/AV Facilitator/Operator to support US Army T2COM VTC/AV services. The role involves powering on/off VTC equipment, conducting AV checks, and coordinating recording and teleconferencing as needed.

You will also create daily calendars for events, build facilitator schedules, and serve as a primary operator for VTC sessions. A Secret clearance and IAT Level I certification are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• One year of AV experience.
• One year of helpdesk experience
• High School Diploma or greater

Responsibilities

• The personnel shall start and power off all VTC/IPTV/AV equipment for sessions, conduct audio-visual checks prior to each conference, serve as primary VTC/IPTV/AV equipment operator for VTC conferences and other collaborative meetings, coordinate and implement recording and teleconferencing into sessions as required, and serve as initial responders to customer requests regarding VTC/IPTV/AV problems or issues
• The personnel shall create daily “Calendaring” schedules for events requiring facilitation based on customer input from the Conference Room Scheduler or other sources which will be used by the Bridge Operators, Facilitators, and Maintenance Team for planning and implementation purposes
• Build facilitator schedule based on customer requests provided by CRS from designated customers for VTC/IPTV/AV requests and coordinate and implement facilitator and maintenance schedule.

Digital Consultants is seeking a VTC/IPTV/AV Facilitator/Operator for our contract supporting the US Army T2COM (previously TRADOC) VTC/AV Support Services. The VTC Facilitator/Operator will facilitate and operate VTC/IPTV/AV conferences.

Requirements

• Clearance: Secret
• Certifications: IAT Level I
• Proficient with the use of the suite of Microsoft products to include but not limited to MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS SharePoint, and MS Visio
