Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a VRF Systems Account Manager for the Heart of Texas region, including Weslaco. You will build lasting relationships with engineers, contractors and owners to deliver energy-efficient VRF solutions for buildings.

Responsibilities include take-off, pricing, project strategies, and cross-functional coordination to close opportunities. Requires 4+ years experience or BA/BS, 2+ years in solution sales, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
• 2+ years experience of solution sales experience.
• Driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy for VRF projects.
• Develop VRF system solutions addressing customer problems and performance considerations.
• Coordinate acquisition team to convert leads into opportunities.
• Assign sales steps and communicate next actions to customers and team.
• Create account business plans for long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Answer technical questions on VRF systems and Trane products.
• Plan and visit customer sites as needed.
