Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Ductless/VRF Technical Service Manager to deliver field support and training for VRF and ductless systems in the Southeast and South Central US. The role involves pre- and post-sales technical support, warranty coordination, and training customers, distribution partners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years VRF/ductless field experience, travel up to 75%, and a willingness to work across North America.

Qualifications

• VRF or Ductless field experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with VRF controls integration is a plus.
• Proven ability to train and support contractors and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical field support and training for Ductless/VRF products in the US southeast and south central regions.
• Coordinate warranty-related issues, start-up, and service-related activities with customers.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on installation and startup sessions.
• Travel across North America as needed to support customers and distributors.
