Job summary

Carrier is seeking an HVAC Systems Engineer focused on Ductless and VRF for residential split systems. You will validate products to meet market requirements and provide technical support to quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Lead product introduction activities, communicate with cross-functional teams, translate engineering needs into design components, and support testing and field issue verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years of product engineering experience for NPIs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering product introduction activities for Ductless and VRF systems, including cost estimates and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, suppliers, and customers.
• Collaborate with design, test labs, and manufacturing to meet program goals.
• Translate design and process requirements into product components and subsystems.
• Support performance and reliability testing and agency testing requirements.
• Assist in testing and verification of field issues with related departments.
