Insight Global is seeking a Research Associate to collect and manage face and body data for research initiatives. The role involves setting up capture equipment, coaching participants, and ensuring smooth operation of complex systems.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of Windows/macOS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while adapting to evolving study requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with research processes and documenting findings.
• Customer service experience required; able to engage participants.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and adapt in stressful situations.
• Experience coordinating with engineering or external vendors is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience with Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for studies and coordinate with vendors and safety evaluators.
• Conduct studies with participant coaching and operation of capture systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software, escalate bugs using internal tools.
• Provide study support, track participants and equipment.
• Update documentation and capture scripts as needed.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and standups; provide process feedback.
