Job summary

Verasight is seeking a Client Research Associate to manage survey research projects and work directly with senior team members and clients.

You will program and test complex surveys in Qualtrics, troubleshoot issues, and design questionnaires in collaboration with clients. The role involves representing Verasight at conferences and contributing to experimental approaches in survey research.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social sciences or related field or 2–3 years of industry experience with survey methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics, including advanced logic, embedded data, and randomization features.
• Enthusiasm for bringing AI tools to survey research and incorporating AI into work processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own survey research projects, including programming, recruitment, timelines, and client updates.
• Program and test complex surveys in Qualtrics.
• Troubleshoot survey programming, logic, usability, and recruitment challenges.
• Design and review survey questionnaires in collaboration with clients.
• Represent Verasight at industry conferences (2–4 per year).
• Contribute to internal experimentation to hone Verasight’s approach to survey research.
