Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to guide individuals with disabilities toward competitive employment in the least restrictive environment. You will coordinate services from intake to placement, ensuring consumer choice and developing individualized employment plans with active customer participation.

The role requires frequent weekly travel to Marathon and Key West, with no remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social, behavioral or rehabilitative science or related field with one year of professional counseling experience.
• Master’s degree can substitute for one year of required experience.
• CRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Background screening via Clearinghouse before extension of offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling to individuals with disabilities to attain employment.
• Coordinate VR services from intake through plan development and placement.
• Develop an Individualized Plan for Employment with customer participation.
• Maintain client case records and document the rehabilitation process.
• Travel weekly between Marathon and Key West as part of duties.
