Job summary

ServiceSource is hiring a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to guide individuals with disabilities toward competitive employment in the least restrictive environment. You will coordinate services from intake to placement and assist with informed service choices.

Roles require frequent travel between Marathon and Key West and adherence to VR guidelines. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's can substitute for experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral/rehabilitative science with one year of professional counseling experience.
Master’s degree can substitute for one year of experience.
CRC certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide counseling to individuals with disabilities to attain employment.
Coordinate VR services from intake through plan development and placement.
Develop an individualized plan for employment with customer participation.
Maintain client records and document rehabilitation process.
Frequent travel between Marathon and Key West.
