Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. seeks a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to guide individuals with disabilities toward competitive employment in a least restrictive environment. You will coordinate services from intake to plan development, ensuring informed choices and client-centered outcomes.

The role requires weekly travel between Marathon and Key West and adherence to VR guidelines. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; CRC preferred and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science and one year of professional counseling experience required.
• CRC certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Weekly travel between Marathon and Key West is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide vocational rehabilitation counseling to individuals with disabilities to attain employment.
• Develop and implement an Individualized Plan for Employment with client participation.
• Coordinate rehabilitation services from intake to placement.
• Maintain client records and document progress in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with employers and DOE/DVR teams to secure suitable employment.
