ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to guide individuals with disabilities toward competitive employment in the least restrictive environment.

The role requires coordinating services from intake through plan development and placement, with weekly travel between Marathon and KeyWest. The VRC will provide information to help consumers make informed service choices, ensure consumer choice, and document progress in accordance with VR guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral or rehabilitative science and one year of professional counseling experience required.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.
• CRC certification preferred; valid driver’s license and transportation may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional vocational rehabilitation counseling to individuals with disabilities to attain employment.
• Conduct eligibility determinations and develop individualized plans for employment (IPE)
• Coordinate rehab services across intake, plan development and placement stages
• Maintain case records, document compliance with state/federal guidelines, and communicate with customers and employers
