You will coordinate intake to plan development and collaborate with employers and DOE/DVR to secure meaningful employment.

You will assess eligibility, write Individualized Plans for Employment, and document progress while upholding CRC guidelines and state/federal requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science and one year of professional counseling experience.
• Master’s degree can substitute for one year of required experience.
• CRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background screening through Clearinghouse required prior to extension of offer.

• Provide guidance and counseling to individuals with disabilities to attain employment.
• Assess eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services and determine plan feasibility.
• Develop Individualized Plans for Employment with customer participation.
• Coordinate with DOE/DVR and community partners for employment services.
• Maintain case records and document rehabilitation processes per regulations.
• Collaborate with employers to develop job opportunities and supports.
