ServiceSource seeks a vocational rehabilitation counselor to assess eligibility, develop individualized employment plans, and coordinate with education and DVR partners to place individuals with disabilities into meaningful jobs.

The role requires knowledge of VR processes, strong counseling and data analysis skills, and the ability to manage client records while adhering to state and federal guidelines. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science, education, or related field with one year of professional counseling experience.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of required experience.
• CRC certification preferred to enhance qualifications.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation required for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vocational rehabilitation counseling to individuals with diverse disabilities to help them attain employment.
• Develop individualized employment plans with active customer participation.
• Review medical, psychological, and vocational data to determine eligibility for VR services.
• Coordinate with DOE/DVR teams and community partners to secure appropriate employment services.
• Maintain client case records and document rehabilitation progress per regulations.
• Support Pre-ETS services for Youth under WIOA guidelines.
• Perform travel and administrative tasks, ensuring timely reimbursement and timesheet accuracy.
