Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a VPP Operations Analyst for a 12‑month contract in Plano, TX. The role supports the VPP Department and Domain, handling day‑to‑day operations, incident management, and process improvements to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading operations, case tracking, coordinating with AMS, and contributing to project administration with Jira and test efforts. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years in technology operations, field support, operations management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing/workflow tools.
• Aptitude for configuring business systems and supporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations within VPP Department and VPP Domain.
• Manage, track and analyze cases from intake to resolution with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with AMS on incident and problem management processes.
• Monitor workflows and identify gaps, proposing improvements for efficiency.
• Gather user stories and requirements for projects and manage Jira backlog.
