Job summary

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a VPP Technology Analyst in Plano, TX for a 12-month+ assignment. You will support day-to-day operations within the VPP Department and Domain, managing cases from intake to resolution and coordinating with AMS on incident management.

You will groom Jira backlog, test scenarios, and assist with system enhancements in StoneEagle Admin and related platforms, ensuring business needs align with technology objectives.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required (BA or BS).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in technology operations, field support, or operations management.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar case/workflow tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead point of contact for day-to-day operations within VPP Department and VPP Domain.
• Manage, track and analyze cases from intake through resolution with timely follow-up.
• Partner with AMS on incident and problem management processes.
• Monitor workflows and identify process gaps; recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Analyze recurring questions to identify root causes and suggest process/training improvements.
• Manage user stories in Jira; prioritize and refine backlog.
• Configure product, plan and pricing changes in StoneEagle Admin system with product teams.
