Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a VP, Real Estate to lead global real estate strategy across brands, including site selection, portfolio management and M&A support, with a hybrid workplace model and offices in New York City and Norwalk.

This senior leader will partner with brand teams, manage budgets and KPI reporting, oversee facilities operations, and drive cost optimization while shaping the real estate roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in real estate, property/facilities management.
• 10 years in global leadership roles with budgetary responsibility and proven value creation.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to think strategically and drive tactical execution.
• Experience overseeing physical built environment with workspace and infrastructure focus.
• Strong understanding of technology enabling hybrid workplace.
• Superior program and project management.
• Ability to train, develop and manage distributed teams.
• Proven ability to influence major organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Real Estate: lead unified approach to site selection, leasing, and scenario planning; global facility leadership; hybrid workplace design; portfolio management; cost and schedule governance.
• Planning: align Workplace Strategy, Space Planning, Capacity Management and Forecasting; maintain relationships with executive stakeholders; governance and KPIs.
• Finance: cost modeling, forecasting, allocations; lease abstractions and reporting; manage annual overhead budget; reporting metrics.
• Operations: manage day-to-day facilities operations for Booking Holdings Corporate Centers.
