Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of financial services project management experience in transformation.
• Proven track record of managing complex transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Experience applying agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects from initiation to completion aligned with objectives.
• Establish governance, communications, and timelines at project inception.
• Develop plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to drive improvements.
• Monitor milestones, trends, and velocity to assess progress.
• Surface risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare senior exec presentations and training materials.
• Communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote change culture and continuous improvement across teams.
• Conduct lessons learned and post-mortem reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
