Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Vice President Project Manager within Wholesale Credit Risk to oversee end-to-end model development initiatives. You will coordinate model developers, reviewers, and business teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of risk models.

The role requires strong project management skills in a technical setting, collaboration across control functions, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field.
• Proven project management experience in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in model development.
• Proficiency with firm-approved AI tools within policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships by defining project scope and deliverables with model users.
• Oversee planning and execution of the Book of Work for model development teams.
• Manage daily operations and timely submission of model documentation.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Partner with Internal Audit, Control Management, and Model Risk Governance to ensure policy adherence.
• Supervise remediation of regulatory findings and model risk issues.
• Ensure QA processes meet performance and accuracy standards.
• Support adoption of new technologies to improve development processes.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment with ongoing learning.
