Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial control or regulatory external reporting.
• Advanced data management and analysis capabilities requiring large datasets.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, AWS Databricks, SQL, Tableau for analytics and dashboards.
• Ability to synthesize data, perform root-cause analysis, and drive actionable outcomes.
• Experience mapping data lineage for transparency and compliance.
• Familiarity with leveraging Large Language Models to improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Initiate development and implementation of strategic solutions to meet regulatory and external reporting challenges related to wholesale lending.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes, implement strategic solutions, onboard/decommission systems, and provide analytics and support.
• Execute end-to-end project management including data capture, remediation, operating model enhancements, training, and reporting logic requirements.
• Perform data analysis to influence business decisions, identify root causes, and resolve data defects.
• Document requirements and interpretation in detail for traceability.
• Prepare and present findings in senior management forums, ensuring accurate SEC and regulatory reporting.
• Execute controls on an interim basis to ensure accurate regulatory reporting of wholesale lending data.
• Provide system-level support to Wholesale Lending Services to ensure compliance with regulatory instructions.
